After quite a long time, it's great to watch two people who are polar opposites, tormenting each other whilst being the kids they actually are. While I started watching K-dramas, I always looked for the High school ones. But with years, I skipped them since i started to feel sad every time I watched them as now I couldn't even imagine myself as one among them anymore. but then, I realised that these dramas might actually help me recollect my high school memories so here I am, and I'm already able to relate so much with Yeon Soo that I am surprised.

When Yoen Soo said this isn't the life I thought I'd live I felt that. Growing up, I also believed that I would have it all easy in life just because I was smart, someone who always managed to occupy a place in the topper's list. But surprisingly, life gave me a big reality punch, making me realise that just good grades won't do. It's more about the decisions you make, the patience you have got and your reaction to the sudden circumstances that follow. Life might just flip upside down, you never know. The key is to be ready for anything life might throw at you.

Seeing Choi Ung made me realise that you'll suffer if you don't good grades is a myth. This guy is living the life we all would love to live even if it's for just one day. It's not about the grades after all, it's more about what you choose to do with the skill you have, what you choose to do, whether that thing which you love doing or that thing which is being done by every other person out there, something that'll hold you back from doing what interests you for the rest of your life. Plus, I love how he likes to keep his identity secret and is still
old-fashioned.

It feels so good to see Grannies again after Hometown Chachacha. I screamed, "Itaewon Class Granny" right after I saw her on screen. This scene was so good, something I wished to see, as I'm a granny's child too and I still sleep like this, cuddling my Granny. How Yeon Soo asked for a kiss and kept on hugging her granny smiling and how her granny sulked at her and scolded her for drinking too much, I loved every second of this scene, it was just wholesome. Can't wait to see more of Uri Yeon Soo and her granny, hey aren't grandparents the best?!

This scene was a big NO NO to me. I hated how this guy showed up and told her that he came only to see if she was worth being stood up for 4 times. I agree that it was wrong of her for not showing up for the date(s), she could have just explained her situation but this isn't how the other person should react. Sometimes, we think that if someone hurt us then we have to hurt them back even worser but that's not humane. You can ask for an explanation or even act indifferent but hurting the other person with words, thinking it as a revenge is an inapproprite behavior that shouldn't be promoted or even seen as a perfect reaction.

I am totally loving the art to reality transitions. Plus, I love Ung's home, which turns my eyes into hearts every time I see it. How this guy puts on music before doing his work feels like I'm watching myself on screen. The ost, "Drawer" by 10cm gave me instant comfort, something I wouldn't stop listening to for a while now. The whole drama, be it the leads, the places or the paintings, everything feels so real and beautiful. I'm pretty much in love with everything about this drama so far. Hope they don't disappoint us later.

Sometimes you become someone else. Yes, when you're spending so much time with a person, when your heart is full of that person, it is obvious that you yourself will start seeing the changes that had occurred within you without you even noticing it. It's more like an impact of the arrival of this new person into your life, these changes, they are beautiful and intimidating while you're still together but the moment they leave, those changes will be hard to let go of, they'll stay within you in some corner of your heart, as just another painful memory.

"I love the things that don't change. People change with time that's why my paintings do not have people in them" says Ung in the interview he had given. It's somewhat clear that he was talking about Yeon Soo here and maybe after reading this Yeon Soo had found out about the identity of the artist she had been looking for, we don't really know. But I like the fact that Ung always paints places, nature and buildings. I love how he is this, "Look at the sky, look at the weather, look at the stars" kind of person, I'm giving all of my heart to Ung, period.

Seriously why did he spray on her face like that in the end? Was it because he was startled or something? Yes, it was kinda funny but poor girl Yeon Soo, I felt really bad for her. Okay so, I'm excited af because in this drama, not only we will see how they fell in love with each other but also how things didn't work out, how they started hurting and hating each other with time, why they decided to let go of the 5 year long relationship and how are they or are they not going to sort things out, or find comfort in one another all over again. Can't wait!!!
